These Terms govern access to and use of CanadaNorthGaming.com (the “Service”) provided by CanadaNorthGaming Inc. (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 19 years old.
- You are responsible for your account activity and keeping credentials secure.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
2) Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or interfere with the Service.
- Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or attempt unauthorised access.
- Do not sell, transfer, or trade accounts or virtual items/currency.
3) Virtual currency & gameplay items
Virtual currency and in-game items are licensed, not sold, and may be changed, reset, or removed at any time. They have no real-world value, are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable except as we expressly allow.
4) Intellectual property
The Service, software, graphics, and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
5) Service changes, suspension & termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected breach, security reasons, or illegal activity. Upon termination, licences to virtual items/currency end.
6) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under Canada law that cannot be excluded (including, where applicable, the Consumer Protection Act and Competition Act).
7) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
8) Disputes & governing law
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues. These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. You agree that the courts of Canada have jurisdiction, and (where appropriate) venue may be Ottawa.
9) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
